Thieves! Daughter had breakdown away from home and it was towed to Westlie Ford. They knew we had not choices so charged us 2.5X what the quote was from our local dealership. We fixed it so she could get on her way and 400 miles down the road the oil plug fell out. They did not put it in correctly. Called several times and was told the manager would call us back. 2 months later and still waiting for that call.
Not an awful experience, however salesman was quite pushy, and we are just doing a research as of now.

After a long and grueling search for my “unicorn,” they had it at a good price and went out of their way to work with my unusual circumstances between signing a purchase agreement and delivering a check to pick up my vehicle. Extremely bad communication. Said coolant was low when in fact there was zero, causing the car to overheat on the way home.
For an oil change, it isually takes 3 hours with an appointment. I dont understand why? This time it was 1.5 hours. I was surprised ..Everyone is very nice and polite. Thanks

Surface desk wonderful. not satisfied without returning the car to the original condition that it was brought into you. Particularly the lights not being turned back to automatic, changing radio stations not only stations but changing it to a.m. . What do you need the radio on for when you're supposed to be servicing the car. The oil was changed and no sticker was put on the windowed indicate when the next oil change would be. My check engine light was back within 10 min of leaving dealer. And called right back to try and resolve with dealer. Haven’t heard back
I rarely write negative reviews. However, the ugly interaction with BRANDON in sales/finance justifies. My daughter (age 23) sold the car she purchased at Westlie and was turning in the 3 warranties they sold her. Yes, 3 (optional) WARRANTIES that totaled $5000+ extra to her loan. We called to get clarification, as BRANDON the finance/sales manager did not give her a copy of the paperwork she signed. BRANDON was sarcastic, interrupted during questions, and the conversation quickly escalated. His behavior was matched. BRANDON had no self-reflection during the call and his sarcasm translated to his arrogance. It was not appreciated or appropriate. ...

It is nice to visit a dealership were you feel they want your satisfaction more than your money. They have saved my 1999 F150 a few times. My new Ranger, the pricing was good and financing reasonable.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They explain things as do the mechanics. I like that they keep track if my car and know when certain things are due or need to be checked.
Brought car in for recall notice seat belt problem ?. Asked about another problem I am having with my soft top roof and water draining into car when window is open Was told they would look at it also asked about touching up a deep scratch was told they would ( I thought touch it up , I would pay for it) was given a ride home, great service , ( waited less than 5 minutes), great driver. Was sent text car was done. And parts needed to be ordered for recall fix. No mention of looking at soft top or scratch Driver came to drop ...

We always get our service done at Westlie and have been very satisfied with both the service and the staff.
I had an oil change at 2:15 but arrived early and Harrison got me in a hour sooner . I waited for my car at dealership instead of taking shuttle . The only think on my checklist they gave me they didn’t put a green check mark by power steering fluid so I didn’t know whether it was low checked or filled .

They can’t torque lug nuts evenly or to the manufacturer specifications. We had to use a breaker bar on one and some were under torqued. It took them over six hours to change two tires and do a recall replacement. Friendly service staff though.

I was charged the diagnostic fee of $101.41 . I was not told about this fee before they did the diagnostic and they charged me anyways. Not happy about that!

Keys were supposed to be in truck for after hours pickup and were not. One employee was left and stayed even calling in someone from service department to help find the keys. Appreciate the help but used up alot of time trying to find them.

Jordan in the service department is awesome. She has provided exemplary customer service during a multi-year issue I’ve experienced with my F150 and is the only reason for the 4 stars in my review. It would be 5 stars if Ford engineers would have a better troubleshooting system and/or provide a vehicle that wouldn’t break before 60k miles.
