I have used Westley Ford in Camas for my F-150’s maintenance and repairs for about six years now. I have consistently received outstanding service and have never had a complaint about my customer experience. It gives me peace of mind to know that factory trained experts are looking at my vehicle and replacing parts with factory authorized parts. I plan to have this vehicle for a long time and the service department at Westley Ford is a key part of the longevity of my vehicle. Also, the service staff are wonderful! If they tell you, it’s gonna be 45 minutes, it’s 45 minutes or less. There is no upsell . It would be very difficult to talk me out of taking my business to them.

They fixed my truck when green wrench light was on . Thank you all so much . They couldn't look at until Nov 22 in longview . Chehalis was Oct 20 th . What good is my truck if it's not fixed . Excellent experience across the board. Everyone here was honest, straightforward and great to work with. No pressure, very professional and I was well taken care of! After a long and grueling search for my “unicorn,” they had it at a good price and went out of their way to work with my unusual circumstances between signing a purchase agreement and delivering a check to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend, in fact, already have referred a friend within just a few hours of returning home!
